Tools of the Trade apprenticeship program

Right now, the skilled trades field as a whole is suffering a shortage of candidates. The seven-week apprenticeship program Tools of the Trade teaches high school students about careers in the trades, including those in the energy sector. 

For students who want to jump right in to working at a skilled trade after graduating high school, this program is perfect. Partnered with the Boys & Girls Club, the program opens up opportunities for underprivileged youth and provides a clear and fast track to respectable, high-earning careers.
