The traveling lineman

The story of the traveling salesman is an old one, but have you ever heard of a traveling lineman? Of course you have. The line trade is one of the few skilled professions that enables workers to see the entire country if they want–and get paid a pretty penny while doing it. 

Brandon Block, a journeyman lineman, is one such traveling lineman. From working in Yellowstone to the central coast of California, he’s gotten to work in some of our country’s most beautiful outdoor spaces. For more of his story, check out the July 2022 Line Life podcast.
